The past week I’ve been woken up around the same time. It’s usually 3:00-3:30. Not fully wake up but just enough for my subconscious to turn on. The problem is my subconscious isn’t turning back off and it’s keeping me up all night long. Which has resulted in a long and tiring week. I don’t know why this keeps happening, but if there is anyone out there with any advice I’d love to hear it. I usually meditate before bed, but maybe a good herbal tea recommendation or ritual will do the trick!
