Incense Incense is a great spiritual tool. It’s often burned during prayer time, meditation, rituals and spell work. People of different cultures have been using incense for 1000s of years. Just like candles, herbs, and crystals different kinds of incense hold different properties. One of the most popular usages is for clearing negative energy. Many Witches also burn dragon's blood for protection when spell casting and invoking. When added to other incenses, dragon's blood makes their magickal powers all the stronger.
