• Veiling • Recently I’ve been looking into the practice of veiling and i wanted to know if anyone on here had any experience with it? I wouldn’t consider myself an empath but lately I’ve been feeling very low energy and almost spiritually burdened. A lot of people who come into where i work have a lot of spiritual baggage and put off a lot of negative energy. I would love to hear any suggestions anyone has for protecting myself from that energy while at work. I already wear an evil eye 🧿 but i think i need some extra help.
